The studio
Based in Cincinnati, we draw inspiration from our international and multidisciplinary backgrounds in architecture, landscape architecture, and masterplanning. The firm’s focus is on spaces that are integrated into the site’s nature and context, revealing the underlying design qualities of the ‘place.’ Our practice strives to extend the expression of the building through its materials, producing buildings which engage emotions, senses, and the physical body. FEDERICA VON EUW
Graduated from Swarthmore College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2007 and received her Masters of Architecture Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011. Immediately thereafter she began collaborating at Herzog & de Meuron in Basel, Switzerland, where she contributed to, and led, a wide range of proects located in Switzerland, Italy, and the United States. Her notable projects include the Asklepios 8 office building on the Novartis Campus in Basel, Switzerland, a multi-use building for Feltrinelli Books in Milan, Italy, and the 1111 Lincoln Road Parking Garage Extension in Miami. Due to her international background, Federica speaks English, Spanish, German, Swiss German, and French fluently. Federica co-founded von Euw Tetrault in 2018 and is a licensed architect in the State of Ohio.
andrew tetrault
Received his Masters of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011 and a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University in 2008. He has collaborated with the Olin Studio in Philadelphia, Studio Andrew Todd in Paris, and Albaker Architects in Doha. In 2013 Andrew joined the office of Herzog & de Meuron in Basel, Switzerland, as an architect, collaborating on a range of projects from a museum and park in Doha, to the redevelopment of the Stamford Bridge Stadium for Chelsea F.C. in London. Andrew is registered as an architect with the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA) and is currently an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Cincinnati’s School of Architecture and Interior Design DAAP. Andrew co-founded von Euw Tetrault in 2018 and is a licensed architect in the State of Ohio.
