PROJECT:
Terrace Park, Golf Clubhouse
STATUS:
Design Development
LOCATION:
Cincinnati, Ohio
The clubhouse renovation at TPCC reimagines the member experience while honoring the legacy of the original
structure. Decades of piecemeal additions and updates had resulted in a fragmented building with limited
cohesion. Our design consolidates and clarifies the clubhouse’s layout—improving flow, functionality, and
the relationship between front- and back-of-house spaces.
The project introduces upgraded dining areas, a more defined and welcoming entry sequence, and modernized
locker rooms, all with a consistent material palette and timeless detailing. Outdoor spaces are enhanced to
support year-round use, and every design decision is rooted in long-term durability, operational efficiency,
and the evolving needs of TPCC members.
Team members involved include Federica von Euw, Andrew Tetrault,
Isaiah Zuercher, Cooper Kadish.
